Made here. From the same kitchen, garden, and landscape.
The cottage goods line comes from the same operation that produces the kaiseki dinner. The preserves on the shelf are made in the same kitchen that plates the evening meal. The tea blends served at the beverage bar — the same ones — are packaged for retail. The soap is produced from site-sourced botanicals in on-site workshop sessions.
One kitchen, one garden, one zero-waste production loop. Guest consumption and retail inventory feed from the same supply chain. When the cook preps the kaiseki, the trim becomes shrub base, compost, or stock. The surplus becomes shelf product.
